Graphic Designe
r (m/f/d) to join our Innovation team. In this role, you'll translate our playful, premium brand into thoughtful graphics across bikes, accessories, and packaging. You'll work closely with Industrial Designers, Packaging Designers, and CMF experts to ensure every detail not only performs flawlessly but also unmistakably reflects the woom brand. Your Mission

  ics—logos, decals, and typography
  —across our bikes and accessories.

  You will take the lead on designing the graphical expression of our product packaging to ensure a delightful and distinctive consumer experiece.
• Print & Manuals
  : Design intuitive, beautifully branded product materials like manuals and hangtags
• Technical Execution & Print P
  rep: You are responsible for creating flawless, production-ready artwork and print data for our international suppliers. You understand the technical constraints of printing on various materials and 3D objects.
• Prototyping
  : You'll evaluate pre-production samples and collaborate with suppliers to ensure perfect on-product execution.
• Close Collaboration:
  You will be the primary graphic design partner for our Industrial Designers, product managers, and engineers, translating creative concepts into technically feasible designs and ensuring brand consistency.

Your Skills

• Product Graphic Design Expertise
  : 3–5 years of professional experience applying brand graphics to physical products or packaging. You have a strong sense for how typography and visual systems translate to 3D surfaces and materials
• Your Portfolio:
  You must have a strong portfolio that demonstrates excellent product graphic design craft. Crucially, it must also show examples of your work appli
  ed to physical products, packaging, or complex print projetcs.
• Technical Know-How
  : Proficient in tools like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Print Production Expertise:
  You have deep knowledge of print processes, pre-press, colour management (CMYK, Pantone), and working with technical print specifications.
• The Bridge to 3D:
  You have a strong spatial awareness and the ability to visualize how 2D graphics will translate to 3D forms. You don't need to be a 3D modeler, but you can read technical drawings and communicate effectively with Industrial Designers.
• Detail-Oriented
  : A meticulous eye for detail, consistency, and quality control
• Collaborative Mindset:
  Excellent communication skills. You enjoy working in a cross-functional team and can clearly articulate your design decisions
• Bonus Points:
  Experience in icon design or illustration; an understanding of industrial production processes (e.g., decals, pad printing, screen printing on objcets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
  English
  (our company language); German is a strong plus.

For this position, we offer you a minimum gross monthly
salary starting at EUR 2.500
on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
