Job DescriptionRole Summary
As a New Logo Account Executive – Commercial Growth, you will drive new business expansion across Austria through a partner-led sales motion. Collaborating with reselling and implementation partners, you will identify, develop, and ensure the successful closing of new customer opportunities within defined territories.
You combine strong technical, commercial, solution, and AI-driven sales skills with the ability to execute joint campaigns and go-to-market plays. Your goal is to position ServiceNow as the top strategic platform and the leading AI and agentic technology powering the digital workforce and operational transformation for new customers across Austria's mid- and enterprise markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition across Austria through partner-led engagements, ensuring successful deal closure in collaboration with partners.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined hygiene.
- Lead or co-create partner campaigns and go-to-market plays that deliver measurable revenue growth.
- Apply solution-selling principles to understand customer challenges and align ServiceNow value propositions.
- Co-sell with partners to present joint solutions, business cases, and value outcomes.
- Use AI insights and tools to enhance productivity, precision, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Regional Partner Manager to ensure commercial alignment, campaign execution, and ecosystem coverage.
What you bring:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 3–7 years in enterprise or mid-market software sales, ideally in a partner-driven or commercial-growth environment.
- Proven success in driving and supporting deal closure through resellers or implementation partners.
- Deep understanding of Service Management, SaaS, and workflow automation, and the ability to translate these capabilities into measurable business outcomes for customers.
- Demonstrated solution sales expertise — identifying business challenges and positioning value-based outcomes.
- Strong AI literacy — using AI in daily sales activity for account research, opportunity qualification, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in German and English.

- Delivering two partner-led campaigns per quarter with measurable pipeline impact.
- Driving ServiceNow subscription growth while enabling partners' implementation success and incentive attainment.
- Being recognized as a trusted advisor and commercial growth catalyst, leveraging AI and solution selling to drive precision, speed, and impact.
- Strengthening ServiceNow's Austrian partner ecosystem and contributing to nationwide market expansion through coordinated execution excellence
