Role Description

As a Deployment Strategist, you'll lead the rollout of Health Force's Agentic AI platform across Italian healthcare institutions. You will bridge technology, strategy, and healthcare operations, ensuring every deployment delivers real value and scales efficiently.

You'll work within a cross-functional Pod of engineers and healthcare experts to adapt our AI platform to each client, balancing customization with long-term scalability.

This is not a coordination role. It's a strategic execution position for someone who can bring order to ambiguity and deliver outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Design and manage
    structured deployment roadmaps
    for multiple hospitals.
  • Translate client needs into
    efficient
    deployment of new digital agents
  • Define
    testing and validation frameworks
    for automation reliability and data integrity
  • Communicate effectively with both executives and engineers
  • Create
    reusable templates, dashboards, and processes
    to scale deployments
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data governance standards

Requirements

  • 4+ years in
    project, delivery, or deployment management
    within healthcare, IT, or automation.
  • Strong understanding of
    cloud environments (AWS), data workflows
    , and QA logic.
  • Excellent communication in
    Italian (professional)
    and
    English (business)
    .
  • Analytical, structured, and comfortable working under ambiguity.

Preferred:

  • Experience with
    AI or automation platforms
    , healthcare compliance (GDPR), or EHR integrations.
