Aufgaben
  • Du berätst unsere Kund:innen mit Leidenschaft und sorgst für ein authentisches Einkaufserlebnis.
  • Du präsentierst Sneakers, Outdoor & Skateboarding.
  • Du lebst aktuelle Lifestyle Trends.
  • Du übernimmst Warenbearbeitung, Produktplatzierung sowie allgemeine Shoporganisation.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, zuverlässig und trägst aktiv zum Teamerfolg bei.
  • Du bringst dich mit Ideen ein und hilfst, unsere Community und den Store weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du übernimmst als Floor Manager die Teameinteilung, trägst Verantwortung für den Tagesablauf und sorgst dafür, dass auf der Verkaufsfläche alles rundläuft.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für das Team und unterstützt bei der Einarbeitung sowie Motivation deiner Kolleg:innen.
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf – idealerweise im Bereich Sneakers, Outdoor & Skateboarding.
  • Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am direkten Kund:innenkontakt.
  • Eigenständige, verlässliche und motivierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Flexibilität.
  • Teamfähig und mit einem guten Gespür für Szene & Lifestyle.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Englisch.
