Aufgaben

  • Ausarbeitung der Brand Ziele, Strategie, Erstellung des Brand Plans inkl. Aktivierungen (gemeinsam mit anderen Abteilungen wie Trade Marketing, Innovation, Mediaabteilung)
  • Steuerung des Markenentwicklungskalenders in enger Abstimmung mit cross-funktionalen Teams
  • Verantwortung für das Packaging Design und dessen Umsetzung
  • Steuerung und Koordination der Innovationen (gemeinsam mit Team Innovation)
  • Auf-/Ausbau des Brand Management Teams
  • Marken- und Kategorieanalyse

Profil

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung auf Hochschulniveau (Masterabschluss)
  • Langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Marketing allgemein und speziell mit FMCG (Verkaufserfahrung wünschenswert), bevorzugt in einer leitenden Funktion (fachlich oder disziplinär)
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse aktueller Trends und Entwicklungen im Brand/Innovation-Management
  • Starker Fokus auf kreativen Lösungsansätzen und deren effiziente Umsetzung
  • Wunsch nach unternehmensübergreifender Zusammenarbeit ohne klassischem Abteilungsdenken
  • Interesse an einer langfristigen Mitarbeit in einem traditionellen Salzburger Familienunternehmen
