Brand & Customer Manager Oncology (m/f/d)

Primary Activities:

Strategy development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our products and services
  • Translate the global and local product strategy into local priorities and lead development of brand specific L3 brand plans
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales collateral, presentations and other OCE materials (digital, print & event material) that support the sales process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, DDAL & ComOps - to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall goals and values
  • Leading OCE agile brand teams towards commercial excellence in execution

Market understanding:

  • Analyze market research to identify trends and opportunities and use this data to inform marketing strategies & implement respective measures to achieve business goal
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and new product launches and use this information to adjust marketing strategies as needed

Customer focus:

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, agencies and key opinion leaders in the industry

Cost management:

  • Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness using data analytics

Qualifications:

  • University degree or above, preferably in business or life sciences (e.g. marketing, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine)
  • Track record of 2-3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory compliance, and marketing guidelines
  • Deep knowledge of the overall Austrian healthcare system and the role of the individual customer groups within the healthcare environment (oncology an advantage)
  • Proven ability to understand & learn science and translate it into messages
  • Ability to develop and manage professional relationships, networking & to navigate within matrix organization & to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical / compliance, ComOps, DDAL
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages and content
  • Understanding of customer behavior and the ability to develop customer personas to inform marketing strategy
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and the ability to manage customer data effectively
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through agile working principles
  • Experience with data analytics and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • German & English proficiencies
  • Strong MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) expertise
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
