Wir suchen dich, als Area Manager (m/w/d) für unser ambitioniertes Expansionsteam ONLY & SONS im Raum Kärnten

Unsere Strategie:

Wir wollen den österreichischen Einzelhandelsmarkt für Herrenbekleidung erobern. Um erfolgreich zu sein, suchen wir einen talentierten und erfahrene/n Area Manager*in. Deine größte Herausforderung wird es sein, gemeinsam mit dem International Retail Manager*in unsere ONLY & SONS Stores auf dem österreichischen Markt zu positionieren. Du bist somit eine Schlüsselfigur auf unsere großen Reise in den internationalen Handelsmarkt, in dem auch Österreich zukünftig ein großer Standort sein wird. Du wirst eng mit dem International Retail Manager*in zusammenarbeiten, wobei Deine strategischen und taktischen Fähigkeiten ebenso wichtig sind, wie Dein Talent und Deine Motivation für das Tagesgeschäft im Einzelhandel. Du bist die Inspirationsquelle für unsere Shop Manager*in, die du coachst und Struktur bietest. Durch Deine innovativen Verkaufsstrategien gewährleistest Du täglich guten Service und Kundenloyalität. 
Du hast bereits Kenntnisse im Regionalmanagement gesammelt und bringen die für diese Position so wichtige motivierende Führungskompetenz mit? Dann suchen wir Dich

Unsere Anforderungen:

Als Area Manager*in verantwortest Du den Aufbau der Handelsstruktur im Raum Kärnten. Du steuerst Deine Stores auf Basis deiner KPIs und verantwortest gemeinsam mit den Store Manager*innen Wachstum und Umsatz. Du bist voller Energie und Enthusiasmus. Du weißt, wie du jeden Tag das Beste aus dir und den Filialleitern herausholst. Neben diesen Tätigkeiten bist Du in Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem/Deiner Filialleiter*in und unserer Rekrutierungsabteilung zuständig für die Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter.
