Wir verstärken unseren Fachbereich "Atlassian World" und suchen eine/n Productowner im Bereich Jira Service Management. (w/m/d)

Aufgabengebiet

  • Du kümmerst Dich um das Projekt rund um die Ablöse unserer vorherigen ITSM-Lösung mit dem aktuellen JSM-Produkt aus dem Atlassian Portfolio
  • Du übernimmst die Produktverantwortung für JSM und die Umsetzung von neuen Anforderungen im JSM-Umfeld
  • Technischer Support rund um den Betrieb und Wartung des Produktes
  • Erarbeitung neuer Prozesse in Bezug auf Assets-Management, Service-Management, etc.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen KollegInnen im gemeinsamen internen Atlassian-Team

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder UNI) oder entsprechende mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner
  • Jira, JSM, vergleichbare Systeme im Ticketing und/oder Service Management Bereich
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Kundenorientierung
  • Proaktive Arbeitshaltung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
