Die Kommunikationsabteilung entwickelt die Messaging- und Kommunikationsstrategie für Red Bull in Österreich. Durch Storytelling, Medienarbeit und die Einbindung von Meinungsführern werden Konsumenten erreicht, begeistert und gebunden. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Communications Manager mit Fokus auf die Bereiche Music und Culture (befristet von Januar 2026 bis Mai 2027).
Als Communications Manager bist du für die editorielle Aktivierung ausgewählter Projekte in den Bereichen Musik- und Culture-Marketing von Red Bull Österreich verantwortlich und setzt diese eigenständig um. Auch die Vernetzung von globalen Inhalten in die Länderorganisation gehört zu deinen Aufgaben. Projektmanagement, Budgetverantwortung, Medienbeobachtung und Reporting komplettieren das Profil, um die Kommunikationsziele von Red Bull in Österreich zu verwirklichen.

Verantwortungsbereiche und Aufgaben, in denen etwas bewegt werden kann:
Kommunikation ist das A und O
Redaktionelle Planung und Umsetzung der Kommunikation in den Bereichen Musik & Culture Entwicklung & Kreation von Kommunikationsstrategien und -initiativen für definierte Projekte Erstellung und Umsetzung von 360° Kommunikationsplänen und -materialien, inklusive Produktion und zielgruppenspezifischer Distribution in allen Kanälen (TV, Print, Online, Radio, Social Media) Interne Kommunikation & Tools (Intranet, Medienbeobachtung, Erfolgsanalyse)

Projektmanagement
Projektmanagement im Kommunikationsbereich, inklusive Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Red Bull Departments (Projekt-Ownership, Ausarbeitung von Key Messages, Erstellung & Umsetzung von 360° Kommunikationsplänen, Koordination und Steuerung der Produktion von redaktionellen Inhalten) Budgetverantwortung

Networking, Networking, Networking
Akquise, Abstimmung und Führung externer Partner, Dienstleister und Agenturen (z.B. Erstellung von Briefings für Texte, Foto-Shootings, Video-Produktionen, usw.) Auf- und Ausbau von Medienkontakten und Agentur- bzw. Freelancer-Netzwerken Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Künstler:innen, Managements und externen Veranstalter:innen

Organisation is Key
Erstellen von Reportings Anfallende administrative Arbeiten

Hier zählen Erfahrung und bisher erbrachte Leistungen Für die Rolle relevant:

  • Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing (oder dementsprechende praktische Erfahrung)
  • Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich PR / Kommunikation / Medienarbeit
  • Erfahrung im Bereich PR / Kommunikation / editorieller Medienarbeit (Event- bzw. Projekt-Kommunikation)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Medienproduktion & -distribution
  • Kommunikativ, kreativ und durchsetzungsstark
  • Teamplayer, der gerne kreativ und eigenständig arbeitet
  • Liebe zum Detail, ohne dabei den Blick für das Ganze zu verlieren
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.446 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
