Ihre Aufgaben

Nach einer fundierten Einarbeitung in die Kwizda Agro-Welt begleiten Sie das 100-jährige Jubiläumsjahr und übernehmen die Leitung des Marken-Projekts.

  • Mitgestaltung der Marketingaktivitäten rund um das Jubiläum – inklusive Eventorganisation, Kommunikation, Content-Erstellung und Videoproduktion
  • Verantwortung für den Marken-(Re)Positionierungsprozess – von der Agenturauswahl über die Entwicklung des Brand Purpose bis zur visuellen Umsetzung und dem Rollout
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung der ersten Brand-Imagekampagne
  • Aufbau eines Brand Management Systems inkl. Monitoring der Markenwahrnehmung (NPS)
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internationalen Niederlassungen (z. B. USA, Rumänien, Ungarn) zur Integration globaler Perspektiven in die Markenentwicklung
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Corporate Design und Markenrichtlinien innerhalb der Organisation

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation oder Betriebswirtschaft (FH/Uni) bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in strategischem Marketing und Markenentwicklung – idealerweise im B2B-Industrieumfeld oder in einer Markenagentur
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen und digitalen Marketing-Tools sowie Projektmanagement
  • Ganzheitlicher Markenblick mit konzeptioneller Stärke und Sinn für die operative Umsetzung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Motivierende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und interkultureller Kompetenz
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Organisationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, kreative Denkweise und pragmatische Umsetzungskraft
