Headquartered in Vienna and entering a high-growth phase, this internship offers a hands-on role working directly with the
Head of Growth and the Founder
- ideal for anyone seeking exposure to venture building, go-to-market strategy, and startup sales and marketing operations.
We're a

Your Responsibilities
- Source and segment target firms via LinkedIn and architecture directories.
- Keep CRM (Pipedrive) data accurate and tagged by firm size, role, and source.
- Run and A/B-test cold outreach (email + LinkedIn) to ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Track and analyze reply/conversion rates; iterate weekly on messaging.
- Maintain a weekly growth report (new leads, booked calls, outbound insights).
- Collaborate with the Founder and Marketing to analyze inbound waitlist data — who's coming in, which channels attract ICPs, and where drop-offs occur.
- Recommend and test quick experiments to improve lead capture (e.g. new forms, targeted content by firm size, or partnerships with architecture newsletters/Slack groups).
Who We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a
BA in Business, Marketing, Sociology, or related studies
. MA is an advantage. - Ideally,
previous internship experience
in tech, sales, or marketing. - Curious, proactive, and results-driven
, with a hands-on mindset. - Comfortable experimenting, learning fast, and working in a small, dynamic team.
- Strong interest in
tech, AI, and/or design and architecture
. - A
team player
who thrives in a diverse, collaborative environment and values progress over prestige.
