The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Bars Supervisor

Atmosphere Rooftop Bar
Top Rooftop Bar Vienna, a relaxed, elegant meeting place at literally the highest level

Dbar
Best hotel bar, the most exciting cocktails in town

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and ensuring a smooth service process in our bars
• Planning and implementing new concepts, as well as creating the bar menu in coordination with our Assistant Bars Manager and Beverage Manager
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with all The Ritz-Carlton standards in the bar area
• Carrying out inventories
• Providing professional advice to our guests
• Guest care and handling of complaints
• Independently managing a shift in the absence of the Bar Manager and Beverage Manager

Your Qualifications:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
• Experience in the bar area of the upscale catering or hotel industry, as well as in managing a shift
• Great interest in drinks, wine and cocktail knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
• Absolute service orientation, high reliability and a careful way of working

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
