The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for Ladies or Gentlemen for our Food & Beverage Department for the position:
**Bars Supervisor**

With your ambition, passion and expertise, you will manage our awarded bars at the highest level:
**Atmosphere Rooftop Bar**
- Top Rooftop Bar Vienna, a relaxed, elegant meeting place at literally the highest level
- Annual changing summer/winter concept

**Your tasks include**
- Coordinating and ensuring a smooth service process in our bars
- Planning and implementing new concepts, as well as creating the bar menu in coordination with our Assistant Bars Manager and Beverage Manager
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with all The Ritz-Carlton standards in the bar area
- Carrying out inventories
- Providing professional advice to our guests
- Guest care and handling of complaints
- Independently managing a shift in the absence of the Assistant Bars Manager

**Your qualifications**:

- Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
- Experience in the bar area of the upscale catering or hotel industry, as well as in managing a shift
- Great interest in drinks, wine and cocktail knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Absolute service orientation, high reliability and a careful way of working
