Your contribution will be

• Providing comprehensive administrative support for Learning and Development related topics such as organizing, preparing and co-hosting learning events
• Managing the learning management system, being the first point of contact for learners and line managers
• Supporting the implementation of Learning and Development initiatives on a global level, contributing actively to shape a unique, inspiring learning journey for all colleagues and participants based on FOUR PAWS core values
• Contributing to the design and maintenance of the annual training plan and calendar, coordinating related tasks
• Proactively contributing to internal and cross-departmental projects in a project-based work environment

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Experience working in Learning and Development or other HR roles within an international organisation
• Experience of work with a learning management system
• Experience of facilitating trainings and workshops would be a plus
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Advanced user of MS Office 365, experience with MS Teams meetings/trainings facilitation
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

• The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 41,000 - EUR 46,000 (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
