Beschreibung

In der Abteilung Produktion und Automatisierung widmet man sich der Herstellung unserer Produkte sowie der Entwicklung und Herstellung von maßgeschneiderten Maschinen und Anlagen. In der Produktion finden sich zahlreiche Hightech-Anlagen, Hochregallager und Fahrzeuge, die unsere Mitarbeitenden bedienen und instandhalten. Dabei sind wir stets bestrebt, die Produktionseffizienz zu steigern und die Qualität sowie Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Produkte zu sichern.

Unser Team sucht nach innovativen Köpfen, die mit Leidenschaft und technischem Know-how die Zukunft der Produktion und Automatisierung mitgestalten möchten.

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik wünschenswert

Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik oder Sondermaschinenbau wünschenswert

Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie im Umgang mit ERP- und Projektmanagement-Tools (SAP, Jira, MS Project und MS Office)

Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Koordination internationaler Projekte und Schnittstelle zwischen Auftraggebern, Werken und Projektleitung

Durchführung von internen und externen Maschinenabnahmen

Überwachung von Fortschritt, Terminen, Budgets und Risiken; Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen

Dokumentation, Organisation von Lessons Learned und Unterstützung im After-Sales-Bereich

Effektive Kommunikation, Teamleitung und Meeting-Moderation; gelegentliche kurze Dienstreisen bei Bedarf
