The team is dedicated to developing individual, technically complex solutions for the automotive industry and the field of micromobility, thus helping to shape the mobility of tomorrow. • Completed technical education (University of Applied Sciences/University) as well as knowledge in plastics engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, or technology management
• Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken; CAD skills are an advantage
• Passion for innovation, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility
• Independent, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel to a moderate extent

• Identifying innovation opportunities while considering market requirements and customer needs
• Contributing to the design, development, and continuous improvement of products, as well as the optimization of processes and workflows
• Confident approach in executing and leading innovation projects (Design for Six Sigma)
• Cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, and other development departments
