• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Fachhochschule, Universität)
• Kenntnisse in Kunststoff-, Maschinenbau-, Automatisierungs- oder Elektrotechnik
• CAD-Kenntnisse (CATIA, Solid Works, etc.)
• Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Kreativer sowie innovativer Teamplayer mit Sozial- und Methodenkompetenz
• Erfahrung im Automotive wünschenswert, andere Fachbereiche willkommen

• Bewertung von Änderungsanfragen und Herstellbarkeitsanalysen
• Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit zur Umsetzung von Änderungsanträgen und Bauteilvalidierungen mit globalen Kunden
• Reklamationsmanagement aus der Produktentwicklung
• Anpassung von 3D- und 2D-Daten gemäß den Anforderungen der Änderungen und Freigabe von Bauteilen für die Serienproduktion
• Globale Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung der Produktionswerke
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
