**Entwicklungskonstrukteur (m/w)**

**PROFIL**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) sowie Bezugspunkte zu den Bereichen Mechatronik, Kunststoff-, Maschinenbau
- oder Elektrotechnik
- Erste Führungserfahrung aus einem ähnlichen Umfeld oder Ambition zu modernem Leadership
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- CAD-Kenntnisse (vorzugsweise CATIA V5)
- Lösungsorientiere, zielstrebige und verbindliche Persönlichkeit mit kreativer Ader

**HERAUSFORDERUNG**:

- People Management: geregelte Nachfolge mit struktureller Leitung des fünfköpfigen, internationalen Teams, Aufrechterhaltung der Kultur und nachhaltige Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Projektkoordination sowie Begleitung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses, vereinzelt Support bei der Konstruktion auf CAD-Basis (CATIA V5)
- Entwicklung von Steckverbindungen und Leitungssätzen, von der kreativen Idee bis zum innovativen Serienprodukt
- Ideen erarbeiten, bündeln und präsentieren, Design
- und Konzeptabstimmung sowie Pflege der Partner und Kunden
- Organisatorische Mitarbeit, um Entwicklungsprozesse zu implementieren und diese zu festigen
