Pharmareferent (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Professionelles Gebietsmanagement
  • Aufbau und Vertiefung der Kundenbeziehungen, Beratung von niedergelassenen Ärzten sowie von Fachärzten Ihres Gebietes
  • Ansprechpartner für fachspezifische Fragestellungen
  • Marktbeobachtung im ärztlichen Umfeld und Ableiten von entsprechenden Maßnahmen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen, aktive Teilnahme an Kongressen
  • Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Sales-Teams
  • Effiziente Umsetzung der Marketingstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales- und Marketing Team

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Human-, Veterinär-, Zahnmedizin, Pharmazie oder positiv abgelegte Pharmareferentenprüfung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Pharma-Außendienst erwünscht; gerne geben wir auch motivierten Neueinsteigern eine Chance
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie kunden- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, überdurchschnittliche Einsatzbereitschaft und ausgeprägter Erfolgswille
  • Freude an der Pionierarbeit, Flexibilität und Mut
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Empathie
  • Gute Englisch- und MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Software und IpadOS

Für diese Position bieten wir ein monatliches Bruttogehalt von mind. € 2.800,- mit der Bereitschaft zur marktkonformen Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
