In support of our existing team we are currently looking for aSenior Customer Representative Oncology (m/f/d)West Austria (Vorarlberg, Tirol, Salzburg & OÖ)ResponsibilitiesIdentifying accounts & target areas with biggest potential to drive business outcomesDeveloping field-based customer & patient journey and account strategyDeveloping a network of key decision makers and orchestrated successful interactions with key stakeholders (including HCPs, public groups, medical professional organizations) in defined therapy areaPerforms product calls with target audience as part of an omnichannel engagement planPerforms Speaker-meetings and/or Round Tables with product presentationPerforms territory and/or account planning, segmentation and targeting of customers and reporting of activitiesProviding feedback to management on strategic opportunities for assigned key accountsCollaboration with cross functional team (Medical, Marketing, Market Access) to develop omnichannel projects, materials and services that respond to customers and business needsSpends >90% of time in the field visiting customersQualificationsSuccessfully completed pharmaceutical representative examination and/or completed studies in the field of human, veterinary, or dental medicine or pharmacyHighly motivated individual who is driven to push things forwardExcellent communication skillsStrong negotiation and analytical skillsPassion for working in an agile manner and with digital tools such as iPad, MS Office, Veeva, and SalesforceProfessional proficiency in German and English, both verbal and written are requiredWe offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment.
