Job Description
- Responsibility for the technical transfer of new assembled printed circuit boards into an existing low-volume/high-mix production environment
- Technological consulting for development and design departments within and outside the group – you are the primary contact for all manufacturing technology matters
- Introduction of new, forward-looking manufacturing technologies in close collaboration with department management and our customers
- Structured and process-oriented improvement of manufacturing processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness – including automation and digitalization
- Definition, validation, and documentation of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and inspection concepts
- Support of the production team in all technology-related topics
Qualifications
- Completed higher technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) in electronics, mechatronics, or production engineering
- Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable environment
- Solid experience in transitioning products into series production
- Excellent German and English skills
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- High level of initiative, structured working style, and hands-on mentality
- Team orientation and strong communication skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4,500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That's why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
