For our international Performance Marketing team, we are looking for a CRM Specialist (f/m/d) with a strong hands-on and ownership mindset.

Your areas of responsibility

• Build inspiring customer journeys that enhance customer loyalty and drive long-term retention.
• Own and strategically develop our newsletter channel, from ideation and planning to execution, analysis, and continuous optimization.
• Design, implement, and optimize email automations with a clear focus on improving core CRM KPIs.
• Lead A/B testing strategies, deriving actionable learnings and translating insights into scalable improvements.
• Build and refine advanced customer segmentation models based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and individual preferences.
• Analyze CRM and first-party data to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and optimization potential.
• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to continuously improve CRM and retention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey and bring strategic initiatives to life.

Your profile

• Proven professional experience in Email Marketing and Content Marketing overall.
• Excellent communication skills in German (business fluent, C2 level) and English (proficient, minimum C1 level). Additional languages are a plus.
• Technical proficiency with CRM and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Netcore, Brevo or comparable platforms.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational skills, with the ability to work confidently with analytics tools and interpret data.
• Adaptable and tech-savvy, with a proactive approach to using AI tools to increase efficiency and maximize leverage in daily work.
