Implementation Analyst
to join their growing team in Vienna.

The Role

The Implementation Analyst position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with early professional experience who is eager to learn how financial management software works in detail.

The role involves guiding clients through onboarding and implementation, helping them get the most value from the product, and collaborating closely with senior implementation partners and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support
    customer onboarding and implementation
  • Collaborate with the senior implementation partner on complex setups
  • Conduct
    implementation calls and product demos
    with clients
  • Build and maintain scalable processes using
    HubSpot CRM
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance product usability and customer experience
  • Test new product features and contribute to process improvements
  • Develop domain expertise in
    accounting and DATEV systems

Candidate Profile

  • Strong interest in
    accounting, bookkeeping
    , or financial systems
  • Highly organized with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Empathetic communicator with strong customer focus
  • Analytical and solution-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Calm and confident when managing client situations
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and self-motivated
