Wien, Wien, Österreich refurbed Vollzeit € 80.000 - € 120.000 pro Jahr

Founded in 2017, we're Europe's fastest-growing marketplace for refurbished products, active in 12 European countries, having surpassed €2Bn in GMV - all this while being profitable. With beautiful headquarters in Vienna, we have a remote-first culture and Refurbed's 250 employees can also enjoy two months of workation per year. We've been recognized for three consecutive years as the Top DACH Employer by Kununu.

Our mission is to empower customers to buy products up to 40% cheaper while making a substantial impact on reducing CO2 emissions - Join us to make consumption more sustainable

Our sellers are at the heart of our business. The Seller Happiness squad ensures that our partners have the tools, insights, and support they need to succeed on refurbed. From seamless integrations to powerful APIs and intuitive dashboards, our squad creates products that drive seller satisfaction and business growth.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and expand the seller-facing experience on refurbed. You'll work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, analysts, and our supply team (commercial & operations) to build scalable solutions that make selling on refurbed effortless. Your primary focus will be on enhancing and advancing our seller experience, ensuring that the seller side of our marketplace is robust, efficient, and capable of meeting the demands of the platform's users.

This is a highly strategic role where you'll shape the way sellers interact with our platform—directly impacting seller success, buyer trust, and our marketplace growth.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a marketplace environment (ideally on the seller/vendor side).
  • Strong track record of building successful B2B or partner-facing products.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts (e.g. APIs, data integrations) into clear requirements, business and user value.
  • Experience working closely with engineers and discussing technical trade-offs with confidence.
  • Demonstrable technical expertise: Proven experience working with key technologies and concepts such as APIs and integrations, file/CSV/feed uploads, and management interfaces. You should be comfortable understanding data modeling and writing or reviewing SQL.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in defining and tracking product KPIs.
  • Passion for sustainability, marketplaces, and building great experiences for partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for seller-facing tools and API products across onboarding, listings, inventory, pricing, delivery, and service workflows.
  • Drive discovery with sellers to deeply understand their needs, workflows, and challenges. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities with tech leads and UX; estimate impact on seller outcomes and company metrics.
  • Partner with engineers to build and define clear, versioned API requirements. Collaborate on developer experience (docs, sandbox), and improve reliability and performance.
  • Use experiments and controlled rollouts to validate changes; maintain high standards for stability and security.
  • Take a data-driven approach to measuring success, leverage AI tools, and use insights to iterate and de-risk decisions.
  • Partner with a wide range of stakeholders, particularly our Supply department, and act as the voice of the seller within the organization, balancing business impact with seller satisfaction. This requires excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to align different priorities toward shared goals.

WHY YOU WILL ENJOY WORKING WITH US:

Our Culture and Values:

  • Decisions should be made based on facts and not by hierarchy levels? We sure think so
  • We embrace giving and receiving feedback, testing and welcoming new ideas, as well as sharing our knowledge across the company.
  • You fail sometimes? Well, so do we We're all just human, let's learn from our mistakes to improve in the future
  • No matter who you love, where you're from, who you pray to, whether you pee sitting down or standing up – we are a bunch of talented people who enjoy spending our time making a difference

Personal & Professional Development:

  • You'll have access to a dedicated learning budget within your department to support your growth, whether it's courses, conferences, or other learning opportunities that matter to you.
  • We partner with Likeminded, offering you private sessions with experts for your personal growth and mental health.
  • We frequently host internal workshops, allowing our teams to further develop their skills in different areas and enhancing collaboration across departments.

Flexibility:

  • We care about a healthy work/life balance. We not only function and support a
    fully remote
setting but also offer the possibility to work from our beautiful office in the vibrant heart of Vienna – we love dogs, so feel free to bring your furry little buddy too
  • We trust you to do the best job, so we don't care so much when you do it – you are able to self-organize.
  • You will also be invited to take part in our office weeks, happening three times a year, where you will have the chance to work side by side with your colleagues and enjoy the team-building events and on-site workshops
