, then this position could be for you In the dynamically growing market for alternative investment, our client is a leading internationally active asset manager with operations in over 10 European countries.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the set up, the operative day-to-day business as well as long term strategy for the Austrian company
  • You establish an office presence in Vienna and set first foot in the Austrian market
  • You build a strong sales team and establish a sales and market entry strategy and sales targets together with your international support system and the Management team
  • You adapt the investment funds portfolio and products to local standards and needs and set up a client target list
  • You build up your client network, are present in the market and keep a close eye on sales KPIs and ensure positive netfee growth
  • You manage and develop your local team, are a role model, strong manager and decision maker

Your profile:

  • You have a professional track record in Asset Management, in an
    Alternative Asset Manger
    (AIFM)
    , in Banking or similar working experience
  • You have profound understanding of and passion for Alternative Assets
  • You have a strong understanding of the investment and stock market and an understanding of how it works
  • You are a strong communicator and networker, you build trust and establish fruitful client relationships
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, think outside the box and are proactive and eager regarding reaching your goals
  • You are self-motivated, well organized and enjoy working in an international and agile environment
  • You are fluent in German (advanced) and English

The compensation for this position is at least € gross per year without bonus. An overpayment of course is possible, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, the company offers a very beneficial bonus structure.
