Deine Aufgaben:

· Unterstützung und Vertretung der Abteilungsleitung in allen organisatorischen und strategischen Belangen

· Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette (Beschaffung, Disposition, Lager, Logistik, Warenausgang etc.)

· Verantwortung für Bestellvorgänge, Terminverfolgung und Rahmenaufträge

· Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Logistik- und Dispositionsabläufe

· Mitwirkung bei Monitoring & Reporting relevanter SCM-Kennzahlen

· Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten, Partnern und internen Abteilungen

Dein Profil:

· Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, mit Schwerpunkt Logistik / Supply Chain Management

· Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Disposition oder SCM, vorzugsweise in einem Handelsunternehmen

· Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

· Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office

· Persönlich überzeugst du durch Kommunikationsstärke, Genauigkeit, Eigenständigkeit sowie vorausschauendes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

· Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität in intensiven Phasen
