We are seeking an experienced EUC L1 On-site Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical assistance at the client site, ensuring smooth end-user computing operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. The role requires hands-on experience in end-user support, device deployment, and basic IT infrastructure troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site L1 end-user computing support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate to L2/L3 teams when necessary.

Perform installations, configurations, and updates of operating systems and standard applications.

Support SCCM, Autopilot, and Intune processes, including device provisioning and policy deployment.

Assist with incident logging, tracking, and resolution in line with ITIL processes.

Maintain asset inventory and perform regular audits.

Coordinate with remote support teams for issue resolution.

Support printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.

Provide basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues).

Ensure compliance with security and IT policies at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in EUC/desktop support in an enterprise environment.

Proficiency in SCCM, Autopilot, and Intune management.

Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and commonly used business applications.

Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Fluency in English and German
