The Apple Certified Mac Technician
– End User Computing will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of end user computing equipment and peripherals at corporate locations. The role involves working on assignments of diverse scope, requiring analysis of data and hardware, and acting as a liaison between customers, departments, and the organization to lead problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities
(include but are not limited to):

  • Provide onsite support to Authorized Users with operational and technical support in line with SLAs
  • Resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment
  • Perform reactive troubleshooting to identify and prevent recurring issues
  • Support users in connecting to corporate networks (LAN/WAN, print, file services)
  • Provide repair and maintenance for mobile devices
  • Install, upgrade, and repair EUC equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals)
  • Deliver software break/fix services and replacement of non-warranty assets
  • Configure and support network printers, scanners, and mobile computing platforms
  • Provide VIP support for desktop, mobile, video, and communication devices
  • Manage printer configurations and queues as per SLAs
  • Provide on-site hardware support for EUC technologies
  • Maintain accurate communication and reporting through problem management systems
  • Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Deliver deskside support services as required
  • Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of related work experience
  • Strong knowledge of imaging tools (Ghost, MDT) and backup/recovery tools (USMT)
  • Experience with Windows 11, MacBook, and Android device installation, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Experience deploying Windows 11 and Google Workspace in large enterprises
  • Proficiency in configuring hardware, applications, and network connectivity
  • Intune experience is required
  • Certifications: A+ Certification (mandatory), Apple Certification (desired but not required)
