Ihr Job

Sie sind Teil der 14-köpfigen IT Mannschaft, davon etwa die Hälfte in der Anwendungsbetreuung bzw. –entwicklung. Ihr Job wird es sein, sich um die div. Business Applications zu kümmern, wie z.B. ECM (Easy Product Suite), BPM und CAQ Systeme.

  • Administrieren, Anpassen und Optimieren der Anwendungen
  • Patch- und Releasemanagement
  • Benutzerverwaltung
  • 2nd level Support
  • Einführen und Testen neuer Anwendungen und Funktionalitäten
  • Schulung und Beratung der (Key-)Usern und Fachbereichen
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten bzw. Projektleitung
  • Fehleranalyse und –behebung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Entwicklungsteam und externen Dienstleistern
Ihr Hintergrund
  • Erfahrung in der Applicationsmanagement, im Anwendungssupport oder in der Anwendungsentwicklung
  • Deutsch und Englisch
