Senior People Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Specialist to support execution of local HR tasks and initiatives of our local people services team as our organization transitions into a unified SAP environment. This role combines general HR services and project management expertise with strong operational HR knowledge, including payroll preparation and stakeholder management across multiple countries. The key focus will be delivering operational excellence and standardized delivery during the integration project. In this position you will work closely with the Local People Services Director.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management & Integration:
- Coordinate HR-related integration projects, ensuring smooth transition to SAP systems and alignment of processes across regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver project milestones on time and within scope.
- Support M&A initiatives, ensuring seamless HR integration during organizational changes.
- Regularly report on M&A activities across regions.
- Operational Excellence & Global Support:
- Focus on operational excellence and global team coordination to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Standardize and optimize HR service delivery processes across regions, supporting operational alignment with SAP.
- HR Service Delivery:
- Support operational HR processes such as contract management, benefits administration, and employee data accuracy.
- Payroll Delivery:
- Prepare payroll data and manage relationships with external payroll vendors for up to 5 countries, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Data & Compliance:
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance with labour laws and GDPR.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a key liaison between SAP Emarsys People Team, SAP M&A, Finance, IT, and external partners during integration and ongoing operations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in HR service delivery with strong payroll expertise (multi-country experience preferred).
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in HR process harmonization.
- Exposure to M&A initiatives and HR integration during organizational changes.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP systems; experience with SuccessFactors is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of HR data management and reporting.
- Languages:
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Hungarian or French are an advantage.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- A minimum annual gross salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 44, for 38.5 working hours per week).
