Your mission

We are looking for an Technical Implementation Manager (f/m/d) who will technically support the onboarding and successful rollout of our supply chain risk management solutions for customers. Your main tasks will be:

  • Oversee the technical implementation of supply chain risk management solutions, guaranteeing a successful rollout for customers

  • Monitor and ensure data quality and resolve discrepancies as they arise

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success & Implementation Manager to ensure customer happiness and rapid onboarding timelines

  • Continuously improve the technical implementation process through automations and quality gate creation to ensure data quality and a smooth handover to the Customer Success team post-implementation.



Your profile

Must-haves:

  • Very good Excel skills, tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms

  • Advanced SQL skills or propensity to learn

  • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to diverse work environments.

  • Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment

  • Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken

  • Valid work permit for Austria

Bonus points for:

  • Script type programming languages like javascript or python

  • Experience in a SaaS & digital solutions companies

  • Completed higher education (HAK, HTL, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in technical industry, procurement industry or supply chain environment
