Als Application Specialist HR (w/m/d) optimieren Sie technische Abläufe und gestalten die digitale Systemlandschaft als Schnittstelle zwischen HR, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern effizient und zukunftsorientiert.

Aufgabenbereich:

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden HR-Systemlandschaft für über 4700 Nutzerinnen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Systemen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen
  • Mitarbeit an internationalen Transformationsprojekten
  • Koordination externer Partner bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung (2nd Level Support, kein 1st Level)
  • Erstellung von IT-Spezifikationen, Dokumentationen und Richtlinien

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Technische Affinität sowie Verständnis für Schnittstellen, Workflows und Automatisierungen
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von IT-Lösungen und Applikationen
  • Kenntnisse in HR-Softwarelösungen (SAP HCM, Workday, o. Ä.) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und Offenheit für neue IT-Trends

Wir bieten Ihnen eine faire und marktkonforme Vergütung auf Basis des Kollektivvertrags für Angestellte im Metallgewerbe - angepasst an die regionalen Gegebenheiten des steirischen Arbeitsmarkts. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 4.000 brutto pro Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis). Persönlichkeit, Kompetenz und Erfahrung zählen bei uns mehr als starre Vorgaben. Deshalb legen wir Ihr tatsächliches Bruttogehalt individuell fest und honorieren Ihre Qualifikationen selbstverständlich mit einer entsprechenden Überzahlung.
