ARE YOU READY?

  • Working independently in a strong team
  • 2nd level software support for our innovative SaaS solution
  • Analyzing customer processes together with business experts
  • Identifying and resolving application and system errors
  • Working closely with our software development team
  • Processing, analyzing, and documenting technical customer inquiries

ARE YOU THE ONE?

  • Completed economic/technical education or similar qualification in the
  • IT/software field (HTL or bachelor's degree)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Team player with very good communication skills
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Motivated and willing to take initiative
  • Enjoy customer contact
