As a Senior/Expert Manager, you'll develop and execute strategic initiatives within the CIB Business in RBI Group, provide strategic direction, oversee projects and initiatives, and drive alignment across stakeholders. Your mission at RBI:

• Lead the development and communication of a long-term strategic vision for the CIB Business
• Oversee the execution of complex, cross-functional strategic projects and the transformation agenda across the Group
• Identify opportunities for business growth and efficiency improvements
• Act as a key liaison with senior management, external partners, and stakeholders
  Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops to drive consensus and alignment

Your core competencies:

• Successfully completed studies in finance, economics and/or technology
• Excellent command of the English language and experience of working in diverse cultural environments
• Several years of experience in financial/banking industry/fintech or business development/strategy/consulting
• Commercial background and strategic thinking in CIB financial services
• Comprehensive expertise in financial markets, bank steering concepts, needs and trends
• In-depth understanding of strategic planning, execution and project management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a strategic focus on solutions and performance
• Effective presentation & communication skills, with the ability to facilitate and moderate discussion
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, drive change, and influence stakeholder
  Willingness to travel

Nice to Have:

• German or any CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) language
  Certification in project management
