People & Culture Support (w/m/d)

20h/Woche

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Administrative Unterstützung der People & Culture Managerin für Central Europe (Erstellung von Präsentationen und Dokumenten, Recherchen)

  • Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung operativer Recruiting-Aufgaben (Stellenausschreibungen, Sichtung und Vorselektion von Bewerbungen, Bewerbermanagement, Terminkoordination)

  • Unterstützung in der internen Kommunikation

  • Mitwirkung entlang des gesamten Employee-Life-Cycle

  • Mitarbeit in lokalen und länderübergreifenden People & Culture Projekten – auch in Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen im CE-Cluster und unserem Headquarter in Barcelona

Dein Profil:

  • Laufendes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (gerne mit Schwerpunkt Personal)

  • Gestaltungsfreude und Motivation, unseren Cultural Change aktiv zu begleiten

  • Diskretion, Engagement und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Erste Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
