Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

Do you want to help shape our continued success story? As a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE, you will be responsible for the functional and technical architecture for a defined customer portfolio. This makes you a key pillar in our service delivery model and the technical conscience for your customer portfolio. You are an expert in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE application and all associated processes. You will contribute this expertise to the development of functional design documents, the preparation of statements of works for the cost calculation and conduct customer and requirements workshops.

• You are responsible for analyzing customers' business requirements and developing solution architectures based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE 
• You will conduct workshops and consultations with customers to understand requirements and develop suitable solutions from a technological and strategic perspective 
• As a Solution Architect, you create technical specifications, architecture designs and implementation plans for Dynamics 365 CE projects as well as for Power Platform solutions 
• You take overall responsibility for the technical implementation and interface between customer and project team 
• You will work closely with the internal teams of developers, project managers and consultants to ensure a successful implementation 
• You ensure that your solution concept can be successfully implemented in line with the project plan and communicate proactively with the project participants
• You will support the sales team in preparing offers and presentations for potential customers

• Several years of project experience as a Solution Architect ideally in the MS Dynamics CE environment and in the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 CE solutions 
• You have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization and integration 
• You have experience with ALM platforms such as Azure DevOps or Jira 
• You feel confident in leading and facilitating workshops and working with customers to understand business requirements and develop solutions 
• You bring strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and initiative to your projects 
• You are keen to share your knowledge with colleagues and support Junior Consultants in their induction process 
• You always stay up to date and keep yourself informed about new technologies  
• Fluent German and good English skills are required for your daily tasks, as well as a moderate willingness to travel

For legal reasons, we would also like to point out that the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 4,485 gross/month. With appropriate qualifications and experience, an overpayment with the possibility of a commission model is envisaged.
