The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring both on-site presence in Vienna, Austria, and the flexibility to work remotely or travel as needed. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the online audience for art, spirituality, and creativity lectures
  • Produce, schedule, and market online lecture content across digital platforms
  • Manage and optimize social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram
  • Implement monetization strategies to generate revenue from the existing follower base
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to enhance platform development
  • Collaborate closely with the project owner to align content and marketing initiatives with overall goals
  • Coordinate hybrid work logistics, including on-site activities in Vienna and remote collaboration

Skills And Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and online content production
  • Strong understanding of audience growth, engagement, and monetization techniques, especially on Instagram
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and adapt strategies based on analytics and evolving project needs
  • Familiarity with the art, creativity, or spirituality sectors is highly desirable
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid capacity, including on-site presence in Vienna, Austria, and remote work as required
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus
