Als Huawei Value Added Partner und Huawei Service Partner übernimmt SKE alle Verkaufs-, Service- und Supportaktivitäten für Huawei FusionSolar und bietet Solarlösungen für Wohn-, Gewerbe- und Industrieanwendungen sowie für Anwendungen im Versorgungsbereich an.

Das machst du bei uns:

  • Trainings-Sessions zu Lösungen der Energiebranche planen, organisieren, selbst durchführen oder an Experten delegieren - für Kunden und SKE–Mitarbeiter (sowohl online als auch vor Ort)
  • Trainer aus dem Experten-Pool einbinden und methodisch trainieren – "Train-the-Trainer"
  • Kursmaterialien und Schulungshandbücher für die Training-Sessions erstellen bzw. anpassen
  • Entwicklung neues Konzept (inkl. Ressourcen- und Business-Plan) für neues internationales Trainings-Zentrum und (Projekt-)leitung dessen Implementierung
  • Leitung des Technology-Centers inkl. Definition Anwendungskonzept und Management dessen Betrieb

Womit du uns begeistern kannst:

  • Erfahrung mit klassischen und modernen Trainingsmethoden, Organisation, Gestaltung und Durchführung von Trainings
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Solarbranche oder / und mit Batterie-Systemen sowie Begeisterung für Wissensvermittlung oder / und die Energiewende
  • Technische Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik, Solartechnik, Energietechnik o.ä. wünschenswert
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit starken schriftlichen, mündlichen und sozialen Fähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit LMS-Plattformen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
