Job Site Solution (J.S.S) Spezialist Plumbing
Standort: Österreich
Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aktiver Vertrieb unserer Marke Milwaukee und Vermittlung des Marken- und Produktnutzens mit Focus auf die S/H/K unter Einbeziehung unserer Fachhandelspartner
  • Entwicklung von Aktivitäten zur Gewinnung von Schwerpunktkunden im Bereich des S/H/K
  • Steigerung des Bekanntheitsgrades der Marke Milwaukee
  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen und –Vorführungen mit Schwerpunkt S/H/K
  • Besuch und gegebenenfalls Planung von Symposien im Bereich S/H/K
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement bei Research Aktivitäten und Marktanalysen
  • Gewinnung strategischer Neukunden im Bereich S/H/K in Absprache mit der Vertriebsleitung
  • Verantwortliche Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Besuch von Messen, Ausstellungen und Firmenveranstaltungen
  • Setzen von relevanten Call-Zielen in CRM und Planung von Follow-up-Aktionen
  • Tägliche Aktualisierung des CRM
  • Kontinuierlicher Aufbau von Produkt-, Handels- und Anwendungswissen
  • Überwachung und Berichterstattung über Markt- und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten
  • Weitere Aufgaben bei Bedarf und in Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen:

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre erfolgreiche Verkaufserfahrung mit starkem Schwerpunkt auf Endverbraucher / kommerzielle Verkäufe
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Transportwesen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Werkzeuge und Dienstleistungen
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, u.a. Bereitschaft sich neue Produkte und technisches Wissen anzueignen
  • Entschlossenheit und Motivation, mit einem zukunftsorientierten Unternehmen Karriere zu machen
  • Starke Kommunikations-, Präsentations-, Verhandlungs- und Kontaktfähigkeit
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
  • Ausgezeichnete Planungs- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Sympathische Persönlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, als Teil eines schnelllebigen und wachsenden Teams zu arbeiten
  • Hohe Selbstmotivation und Fähigkeit, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erkennen und umzusetzen
  • Bereitschaft zur Home Office-Tätigkeit sowie gelegentlichem Wochenenddienst (nach vorheriger Absprache)
  • gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B (alt: Klasse 3)
