  • Talent assessment and profiling
  • Responsibility for pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Support for internal programs such as buddy and mentee programs, as well as contact person for managers and leasing companies
  • Support with HR administration, employee support, employer branding activities, and system implementation in the SAP SuccessFactors recruiting module
