Wir besetzen aktuell eine Rolle als Consultant für Microsoft System Monitoring Lösungen bei einem führenden IT-Dienstleister in Österreich.

In dieser Position bist du zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für die Planung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-basierten Monitoring-Lösungen (insbesondere SCOM) in großen, komplexen IT-Infrastrukturen. Du berätst Kunden zu Monitoring-Strategien, setzt Projekte eigenverantwortlich um und bist für die Integration und Optimierung von Überwachungslösungen für Microsoft-Umgebungen verantwortlich.

Wir suchen erfahrene Monitoring-Expert:innen mit tiefgehender SCOM-Kompetenz sowie fundiertem Wissen im Betrieb und in der Überwachung von Microsoft Basis Services. Neben technischer Exzellenz bringst du Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Kundenorientierung mit und bist bereit, dich in anspruchsvollen Enterprise-Umgebungen weiterzuentwickeln.

| WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Planung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Monitoring-Lösungen (Schwerpunkt SCOM) in Enterprise-Umgebungen
  • Beratung von Kunden zu Monitoring-Architekturen, -Strategien und Best Practices
  • Integration und Überwachung zentraler Microsoft Services wie Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FileServer, PrintServer, Exchange, SQL, IIS u.a.
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Präsentationen und technischen Schulungen für Kunden
  • Eigenständige Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Monitoring
  • Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Monitoring-Lösungen
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Übergabe an Betriebsteams

| WHOM WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Must-have: Mehr als 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Microsoft Operations Manager (SCOM) im Monitoring von Microsoft Basis Services (z.B. Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FileServer, PrintServer, Exchange, SQL, IIS…)
  • Must-have: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Lösungsorientierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung im Bereich Microsoft Monitoring und IT-Infrastruktur

| REMOTE WORK POLICY

Du kannst in dieser Rolle überwiegend remote arbeiten, allerdings solltest du regelmäßig Präsenz in einem der Büros in Ansfelden, Wien, Salzburg oder Hall in Tirol einplanen, um den persönlichen Austausch mit dem Team zu fördern.

Solltest du fuer diese Rolle nach Österreich umziehen, werden deine Relocation Kosten übernommen.
