Platform Compliance Manager

As part of our Platform Compliance Team, this role ensures that our platforms, products, and services meet all mandatory regulatory requirements across multiple markets. Acting as the link between Legal, Regulatory, IT, and Business teams, you'll translate complex compliance obligations into smart, actionable technical concepts that drive secure and compliant platform operations.

Your tasks

• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear, technical specifications for development teams
• Break down high-level compliance topics into actionable user stories and deliverables
• Prepare and hand over structured technical requirement documents for implementation and analysis
• Lead discovery and grooming sessions with development teams and key stakeholders
• Plan and coordinate feature delivery across multiple teams to ensure compliance in all markets
• Review and sign off on technical implementations to verify adherence to regulations
• Support audits and investigations by providing technical documentation and evidence
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely alignment with platform features

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, technical compliance, or a similar cross-functional role
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and policy documents
• Solid understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and requirements management
• Experienced in coordinating projects and managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology
• Technically literate and comfortable discussing system concepts, integrations, and platform architecture
• Experience with Safe Server, Regulatory Reporting, QA Testing appreciated
• Well-organized, structured, and detail-oriented - with a proactive approach and strong sense of accountability
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to translate complex topics for different audiences
