Unser Kunde ist ein etablierter IT-Dienstleister mit Standorten in Wien und Kundl. Seit über 10 Jahren unterstützt das Unternehmen Kund:innen aus Branchen wie Tourismus, Energie und Immobilien mit qualitativ hochwertigem IT-Support und maßgeschneiderten Lösungen rund um Security, Cloud, Workplace und Infrastruktur.

Aufgaben
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson im User-Support für schnelle und verlässliche Hilfe im 1st- und 2nd-Level
  • Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Installationen gemeinsam mit dem Team vor Ort und dem Hauptstandort in Wien
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Serviceeinsätzen vor Ort, telefonisch oder remote
  • Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von Hard-, Software- und Netzwerkstörungen
  • Administration und Betreuung von Client-Umgebungen inklusive vollständiger Arbeitsplatzinstallationen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kund:innen im laufenden Betrieb
Qualifikation

  • Min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld, z. B. in Support, Installation oder technischer Konzeption

  • Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen technischen Aufgabenstellungen

  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt

  • Praxis im Umgang mit Hard- und Software im Unternehmensumfeld

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • 2-3 Tage pro Woche Reisebereitschaft zu den Kunden vor Ort

  • Rufbereitschaft an Wochenenden

  • Nice-to-haves

  • Erfahrung mit Managed Services wie Updates, Patching, Monitoring oder Wartung

  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Microsoft 365, Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien
