Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Einzelprozessbetreuung im Bereich 'Interferenz Filter Deposition' mit Fokus auf Sputter Deposition und optischen Messmethoden
  • Datenbasierte Steuerung, Überwachung und Verbesserung von Prozessen mittels Tooldaten, FDC, SPC, etc.
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der zugehörigen Dokumente - z.B. Kontrollplan, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Work Station Procedure (WSP) - sowie der allgemeinen Dokumentation
  • Schnittstelle zu anderen technischen Bereichen: Fertigung, Forschung und Entwicklung, Wartung, Liniensteuerung, Qualität
  • Überführung neuer Technologien in die Produktion in Zusammenarbeit mit Forschung & Entwicklung, Prozessintegration und Messtechnik
  • Aneignung und Vertiefung des Prozesswissens
  • Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen

Profilbeschreibung:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL oder Studium) in einem technischen Bereich, wie z.B. Physik, Chemie, Prozesstechnik oder vergleichbar

  • Eigenverantwortliches, proaktives und strukturiertes Arbeiten in funktionsübergreifenden Teams

  • Ausgeprägte technische Fähigkeiten, Interesse an Datenauswertung, Prozessverständnis, Spektroskopie, Dünnschichttechnik, …
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Grundkenntnisse der gängigen Qualitätsanforderungen (z.B. 5S)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
