Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung am Controlling- und Berichtswesen sowie Budget und Forecast Prozess
  • Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Working Capital zur Sicherstellung finanzieller Effizienz und Liquidität
  • Mitwirkung bei internen Organisationsprojekten; Koordination der Aktivitäten zur Erreichung der Projektziele
  • Optimierung von Finanz- und Geschäftsprozessen, um das Wachstum des Unternehmens voranzutreiben
  • Mitwirkung am Beschaffungs- und Outsourcing-Management
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Finanzbereich und bei bereichsübergreifenden Sonderprojekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam, insbesondere in den Bereichen Finanzen und der Geschäftsleitung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungswesen, Controlling und Finanzmanagement
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit SAP FI/CO von Vorteil
  • Hands-on-Mentalität sowie unternehmerisches Denken gepaart mit strukturellem Verständnis
  • Verlässliche, eigenständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis und Geschäftssinn
