Werden auch Sie ein wertvoller Teil davon – zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir im Spartenbereich Abfallwirtschaft eine:n Leiter:in der Stabstelle Business Management.

Was ist zu tun?
  • Selbstständige Erledigung sämtlicher Tätigkeiten auf dem Gebiet des Business Managements
  • Projektmanagement auf dem Gebiet der abfallwirtschaftlichen Standortentwicklung
  • Wissensmanagement und –transfer von technischen und (abfall-)rechtlichen Entwicklungen
  • Entwicklung neuer Projekte und Geschäftsideen im Zuge der strategischen und operativen Weiterentwicklung des Spartenbereichs Abfallwirtschaft
  • Begleitung von internen Strategieprozessen
  • Direkte Unterstützung der Spartenbereichsleitung bei diversen Berichts- und Steuerungsinstrumenten (Nachhaltigkeitsbericht, Abfallwirtschaftskonzepte, etc.)
  • Führung eines kleinen Teams im Bereich Arbeitnehmer:innenschutz
  • Aufbau eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach gängigen ISO-Normen, z.B. der ISO 14001 oder 9001
Was erwarten wir uns von Ihnen?

Fachlich:

  • Fachspezifisches Studium (im Bereich Umwelt-, Recyclingtechnik und/oder Abfallwirtschaft

oder ähnlichen Inhalten)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Abfallwirtschaft und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute schriftliche und verbale Ausdrucksweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Standardanwendungen
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Rechtliches Verständnis von Vorteil
- Führerschein der Klasse B
