Wir suchen einen leidenschaftlichen TikTok‑Creator*in, die/der exklusiv das Gesicht eines neuen Kanals wird. Das bedeutet ein echtes Commitment: Du trittst als einziges Brand Face der Marke auf – ohne eigenen parallelen Kanal, damit deine gesamte Energie, Kreativität und Sichtbarkeit in diese Rolle fließen kann. Du wirst prägend, wiedererkennbar und bist maßgeblich am Erfolg eines frischen, modernen Social‑Setups beteiligt.

Gemeinsam mit einem erfahrenen TikToker Mentor und einem professionellen Team entwickelst du Formate, die Wirkung haben: Street‑Interviews, spontane Aktionen, unterhaltsame Trends und echte Begegnungen.

Dabei bekommst du alles, was du brauchst, um richtig gut zu performen: top Equipment, klare Produktionsprozesse, regelmäßige Außendrehs, strukturierte Redaktionspläne und professionelle Begleitung, damit du vor der Kamera wachsen und glänzen kannst.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Mitgestalten und Entwickeln neuer TikTok‑Formate & Street‑Content
  • Präsenz vor der Kamera: Impro, Schauspiel, spontane Situationen
  • Interaktion mit Menschen auf der Straße (Interviews, Aktionen, Challenges)
  • Beteiligung an Ideenfindung, Drehs & Umsetzung
  • Schnelles Reagieren auf Trends & Social‑Dynamics
  • Optional: CapCut‑/Smartphone‑Videoschnitt
  • Optional: Dialekt & persönliche Eigenheiten – come as you are
