Schnell Global is the company behind multiple direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands. We launch, build and scale DTC e-commerce brands worldwide. We are not an agency. We also build in crypto.

Tasks

**What you will be doing**:
You will be in charge of the paid ads for our e-commerce brands on FB, Google, TikTok & Snapchat and Pinterest and our Influencer Marketing campaigns. In detail, you will:

- Create performance marketing campaigns, landing pages and funnels
- Monitor and track results
- Optimize, test, scale and remove existing campaigns
- Come up with creative ideas which you can delegate to our creative team
- Split test landing pages and ad campaigns

**Requirements**:

- minimum three years experience in a comparable position
- great expertise in the areas of performance marketing: paid ads & Influencer marketing
- excellent English
- knowledge on social media platforms and their algorithms
- knowledge in copywriting and sales psychology
- you are a team player
