goai ist ein österreichisches KI-Startup, das unter anderem DTC- und E-Commerce-Unternehmen mit KI-Telefonassistenten unterstützt. Wir helfen Marken, Kundenanfragen automatisch zu beantworten, Bestellungen telefonisch anzunehmen oder Support-Calls rund um die Uhr abzuwickeln – persönlich, professionell und 100 % DSGVO-konform.

Wir wachsen stark und suchen Verstärkung im Bereich Growth & Sales, um unser Produkt noch mehr DTC-Unternehmen in Österreich und Deutschland näherzubringen.

Aufgaben
  • Identifikation & Ansprache potenzieller Kunden (v. a. KMUs, DTC- und E-Commerce-Unternehmen)
  • Aufbau von Lead-Listen & Outreach via LinkedIn, E-Mail & passende Tools (z. B. Hubspot, Apollo, Instantly, etc...)
  • Erstkontakt & Qualifizierung von Leads, Vereinbarung von Demo-Terminen mit dem Gründerteam
  • Unterstützung bei Pitch-Calls oder Follow-ups
  • Mitarbeit an Kampagnen für Neukunden (Landingpages, Mailings, Ads)
  • Marktanalyse: Welche Zielgruppen & Botschaften funktionieren am besten?
Qualifikation
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Lust auf digitalen Vertrieb
  • Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du kannst mit KPIs umgehen
  • Erfahrung mit Sales-Tools oder Outreach-Plattformen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständig, organisiert und motiviert, ein Startup aktiv mit aufzubauen
  • Bonus: Erfahrung im DTC-/E-Commerce-Bereich oder im SaaS-Umfeld
