We're seeking an exceptional Head of Leadership Development (all humans) to drive our Leadership Development Strategy across Erste Group. In this role, you are reporting to the Head of People Development & Culture, and you'll shape how we develop leaders - ensuring our Leadership Dimensions come to life across all entities.

• Drive leadership development across Erste Group – shaping a future-ready leadership culture

• Ensure consistent application of leadership principles across all entities

• Bring innovation and fresh thinking to leadership development and offers for experts while ensuring operational excellence

• Design and implement impactful programs that create real behavioral change

• Develop frameworks and tools that support leaders in their daily practice

• Collaborate with colleagues across international entities to scale initiatives and leverage synergies

• Establish data-driven decision-making for all leadership initiatives

• Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering performance and continuous improvement

• Build capabilities for scalable, high-quality leadership interventions

• Shape the transformation from product-oriented to skills-driven learning offers

• Coordinate annual planning, budgets and resource allocation

• Manage team capacity and prioritize initiatives effectively

• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

• Ability to deliver measurable impact and drive behavioral change

• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels

• Comfortable working across cultures and geographies

• Fluent in English and German

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 55.176,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person
